- Must be able to speak fluent in Mandarin
- E-commerce customer service experience, and foreign trade customer service is preferred
- Have affinity, patience, good language expression and communication skills
- Have a certain ability to work under pressure, practical and diligent, strong execution, obey the arrangements of superiors
