- Perform daily accounting operations & data entry work according to Accountant directions.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- To manage debtor collection according to the agreed trading term.
- To manage supplier payment according to the agreed trading term.
- To manage & key in company payments to the banking system for Managing Director's final approval.
- To check & balance Admin Executive tasks such as filling & documentation.
- Liaise & communicate with suppliers & customers for accounting-related affairs.
- Support Managing Director & Accountant with accounting & administration tasks.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional in Accounting, LCCI, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- Required Skills(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel.
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.
- Experienced in using Autocount Accounting Software.
- At least 1 year of experience.
