Manager - Production

Job Summary Oversee daily production operation ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Directs and manages all plant operations with overall responsibility for production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities. Key Responsibilities • Plan, organise, direct and run optimum day to day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations and trigger corrective actions. • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards. • Be responsible for production output, product quality and on time delivery. • Allocate resources effectively and fully utilises assets to produce optimal result. • Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff. • Collect and analyse data to find places of waste or overtime. • Overseeing factory operation including coordinating other supporting divisions such as Commercial, Finance, HR, etc • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company. • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management. Qualifications • Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) • Proven hands-on experience in similar industry – precast panel production plant and managerial experience.
