  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This role involves close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to enhance CRM functionalities, streamline customer engagement processes, and integrate core banking systems. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) tailored to banking operations (e.g., loan processing, customer onboarding, KYC/AML compliance). • Customize entities, forms, workflows, plugins, dashboards, and business process flows based on financial use cases. • Integrate Dynamics 365 with core banking platforms, payment gateways, and third-party APIs using REST/SOAP services. • Automate and optimize CRM-related processes such as lead management, customer service, and case resolution. • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and data security best practices within the Dynamics ecosystem. • Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. • Perform unit testing, bug fixing, and performance tuning. • Create and maintain technical documentation and user training materials. ________________________________________ Required Skills: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Experience in financial services or banking CRM processes • Familiarity with customer 360 views, KYC/AML workflows, and lead-to-loan journeys • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, plugin development, custom workflows, and Power BI integration • Proficiency in integrating with core banking systems, credit bureaus, or compliance tools • Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and other Microsoft cloud services ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or equivalent • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD in a Dynamics environment • Prior experience working with banks or large financial institutions ________________________________________ Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Good understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in fast-paced and regulated environments ________________________________________ Education: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
