Personal Assistance:

  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking hotels, flights, and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Manage personal schedules, appointments, and reminders.

    Administrative Transformation:

    • Oversee the transition of administrative tasks from manual processes to digital systems.
    • Implement and manage digital tools for document organization, task management, and communication.
    • Ensure data accuracy and efficient record-keeping in all digital platforms.

      Meeting Support:

      • Take accurate minutes during general meetings and ensure timely dissemination of notes.
      • Prepare agendas, schedules, and meeting materials.
      • Coordinate with attendees and ensure smooth execution of meetings.

        Financial Assistance:

        • Assist with double-checking and verifying wire transfer payments to overseas suppliers.
        • Ensure all payment details are accurate and in compliance with company protocols.

          General Administrative Duties:

          • Act as a liaison between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
          • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
          • Provide day-to-day administrative support as needed.

  • Minimum Certificate / Vocational / Diploma

  • Able speak English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes and attention to accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with project management or digital transformation tools.
    • Prior experience in minute-taking, managing professional schedules, and assisting with financial processes.
