- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
- Proficiency in digital tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial processes and attention to accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with project management or digital transformation tools.
- Prior experience in minute-taking, managing professional schedules, and assisting with financial processes.
