  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Perform data entry Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain accurate records efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
  • Basic Salary RM1,800-RM2,500 + Other Allowances + SOCSO, EPF & EIS
