  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a CNC TURNING PROGRAMMER to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Develop complex CNC turning programs using CAD/CAM software • Generate post-processed G-code for various CNC controllers. • Interpret complex engineering drawings and 3D models. • Write custom M-code commands for special machine functions. • Create programs for live tooling and C-axis turning operations. • Develop sub-programs and macros for repetitive operations. • Set up CNC turning centers independently. • Program for hard turning operations • Read and interpret GD&T symbols. • Use CAM software fluently • Read and edit G-code manually. • Lead CNC programming improvement projects. • Create and manage digital twins for CNC machines. • Use 3D scanners for reverse engineering. • Operate coordinate measuring software • Create fixture and workholding designs suitable for turning centers. • Determine optimal cutting tools and parameters for various materials. • Perform first article inspections during setup. • Align tools and set tool offsets correctly.Install and verify proper workholding systems. • Troubleshoot setup issues efficiently. • Adjust machines for concentricity and runout. • Use bar feeders or chucking systems effectively. • Program and set up tailstocks, steady rests, or sub-spindles. • Operate both horizontal and vertical turning centers. • Handle turning machines with twin spindles and Y-axis. • Perform deep-hole boring and threading. • Implement vibration control in long part turning. • Use advanced tool geometry for difficult materials. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 quality standards. • Perform non-destructive testing visual inspections. • Document inspection results and maintain quality logs. Requirements The required skills for the position CNC TURNING PROGRAMMER are: Min 5 years’ experience in CNC TURNING PROGRAMME Proficient in CAM software Proficient in 2-axis to multi-axis turning Expertise in GD&T Candidate must possess relevant education certification Knowledge of multi-axis lathe programming Familiarity with SPC and Lean Manufacturing
