Sales Development- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, and industrial sectors.
- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable 3D printing solutions.
- Provide expert advice on 3D printing processes, materials, and applications, Assist customers in selecting the right printers, filaments, resins, or powders based on their requirements.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in 3D printing, additive manufacturing, or industrial equipment.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply, especially those with a background in engineering, business, or related fields and a strong interest in 3D printing and sales.
- Training will be provided to develop technical and sales skills.
Skills & Competencies- Understanding of 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS, etc.) and materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, sales-friendly manner.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
