Responsibilities:
- Perform jobs related to cashier duties.
- Assist, approach and build good relations with customers.
- Reply customer inquiries.
- Ensure cashier counter clean and tidy all time.
- Report problems to superior immediately.
- Monitoring inventory level & assist on re-stock product.
- Assist on any admin works assign by superior.
- Handle company social media platforms.
Experience:
- Experience in Retail Sales/ Customer Service, Cashier and Admin works.
- Knowledge of operating cashier POS system.
- At least 1 year experience.
Requirements:
- Computer literate.
- At least SPM holder.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Active in social media platform.
- Own a good communication, interpersonal skills and friendly.
- Proactive, hard working and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management, self motivated and discipline.
- Able to do calculation on promotion discount, strong in figure calculations.
- Must able to work overtime (with pay) when require by Superior.
- Possess own transport.
