Responsibilities:

  • Perform jobs related to cashier duties.
  • Assist, approach and build good relations with customers.
  • Reply customer inquiries.
  • Ensure cashier counter clean and tidy all time.
  • Report problems to superior immediately.
  • Monitoring inventory level & assist on re-stock product.
  • Assist on any admin works assign by superior.
  • Handle company social media platforms.

Experience:

  • Experience in Retail Sales/ Customer Service, Cashier and Admin works.
  • Knowledge of operating cashier POS system.
  • At least 1 year experience.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate.
  • At least SPM holder.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Active in social media platform.
  • Own a good communication, interpersonal skills and friendly.
  • Proactive, hard working and able to work independently.
  • Excellent time management, self motivated and discipline.
  • Able to do calculation on promotion discount, strong in figure calculations.
  • Must able to work overtime (with pay) when require by Superior.
  • Possess own transport.
