  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a Digital Developer Lead to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of digital solutions. This role involves leading a team of developers, ensuring the successful execution of digital projects, and leveraging emerging

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership s Development
  • Lead the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure best practices in coding, security, and software architecture.
  • Oversee system integrations, API development, and third-party services.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and efficiency of digital solutions.
  • Team Management s Collaboration
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering technical growth.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
  • Project Management s Execution
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure smooth deployment, testing, and maintenance of digital platforms.
  • Digital Strategy s Innovation
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies.
  • Recommend and implement new frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Drive automation and DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

Requirements Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Java.JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue), Node.js,
  • Experience with Spring Integration, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring MVC, DI, AOP, Integration, Security, Struts
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Qualifications s Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • At least 2+ years of experience leading a development team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT technologies.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Background in e-commerce, fintech, or digital transformation projects.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
