Role Description
This is a contract role for Support & Onboarding Specialists at menumiz (MY) with flexibility for some remote work. As a Support & Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the onboarding process, providing technical support, training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in training and educating clients on how to effectively use our restaurant management app and POS system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and provide timely and professional support.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer support or onboarding roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Familiarity with restaurant management software or POS systems
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- English fluency
- Having own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
