Our SaaS platform, which comprises a restaurant management app and electronic Point of Sales (POS) system, harnesses the power of mobile to speed up restaurant services. This helps restaurants operate at an optimal level, deliver quality service to their diners, and get paid effortlessly.

Role Description

This is a contract role for Support & Onboarding Specialists at menumiz (MY) with flexibility for some remote work. As a Support & Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the onboarding process, providing technical support, training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in training and educating clients on how to effectively use our restaurant management app and POS system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, and provide timely and professional support.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer support or onboarding roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software or POS systems
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • English fluency
  • Having own transport

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
