  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and repairs of all HVAC systems including split units, central air systems, AHUs , FCUs , chillers, and cooling towers.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance for chillers including oil and refrigerant checks, compressor inspections, and sensor calibrations.
  • Record and analyse operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, current readings, and refrigerant levels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve faults in chiller and HVAC systems efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Clean evaporator and condenser coils, filters, ducts, and drainage systems to ensure maximum cooling efficiency.
  • Support preventive maintenance programs to ensure longevity and functionality of equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, proposing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Document work completed, parts used, and issues identified in maintenance logs.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as required.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support cross-functional maintenance activities.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to mitigate any potential hazards or disruptions.

Job Requirements

  • Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technician role within facilities management or a similar industry.
  • Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
  • Basic computer skills for documenting maintenance activities.
  • Able to work on Shift

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
