Job Details:

  • To assist operation & marketing team-mates on day to day documents compilation and submission to: Accounts & Finance Department (including but not limited to Daily X-Reports compilation, Invoices & DO, Receipts & Claims, and Retailers related documents)
  • IT Department (KACE including but not limited to Cashier Code Requisition, Hardware & Software repair & maintenance and IT problem solving issues)
  • HR Department (including but not limited to Staff punch cards, recruitment documents & letters, claims, training nomination list and HR forms requisition)
  • Other Departments (Warehouse, Stock Control, Maintenance)
  • To assist operation & marketing team-mates on the SAP purchase request (PR) procedures and contract including but not limited to:
  • Monthly forms, stationeries & medicine purchasing, plastic bags ordering (HQ & Outlets)
  • To assist team-mates in preparing and responding to the branches request including but limited to forms, stationeries and price tags printing
  • To prepare and compile Sales Report and any other assigned reports
  • To assist team-mates in preparing all necessary documents including but not limited to photocopying, filing, courier, requisition of forms from other supporting departments
  • To monitor courier collection from reception counter everyday
  • Attend internal meetings and minutes taking, and handle ad-hoc projects, programs and assignments
  • Take up any other assignments and duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

  • Job Specification :
  • Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma with a background in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
  • Possess good communication skills with multilingual ability.
  • Possess good leadership skills.
  • A team player, able to work independently, result-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • PC literate and good in writing skills.
