Responsibilities:

  • Overall accountability for the operations and performance of Titimas Group of Companies, focusing specifically on Titimas Shipping & Trading Sdn Bhd and Titimas Logistics Sdn Bhd.
  • Proactively evaluate solution specifications in response to evolving customer needs, offering recommendations that enhance value for both the customer and the company.
  • Responsible for managing outstanding receivables for assigned customers, ensuring timely collection.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Team and Operations to coordinate seamless shipment arrangements.
  • Plan and oversee marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Monitor market conditions on a daily basis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Update and maintain lifting reports and costing sales to assess profit and loss.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Address any client concerns, including handling loss-related inquiries.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors and management across the Group of Companies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of SPM or a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in sales, key account management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Demonstrates initiative and is able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Highly motivated to take on challenges and achieve sales targets.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented in managing customer accounts and relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
