Responsibilities:
- Overall accountability for the operations and performance of Titimas Group of Companies, focusing specifically on Titimas Shipping & Trading Sdn Bhd and Titimas Logistics Sdn Bhd.
- Proactively evaluate solution specifications in response to evolving customer needs, offering recommendations that enhance value for both the customer and the company.
- Responsible for managing outstanding receivables for assigned customers, ensuring timely collection.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Team and Operations to coordinate seamless shipment arrangements.
- Plan and oversee marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Monitor market conditions on a daily basis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Update and maintain lifting reports and costing sales to assess profit and loss.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Address any client concerns, including handling loss-related inquiries.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors and management across the Group of Companies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of SPM or a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in sales, key account management, or a similar role.
- Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Demonstrates initiative and is able to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Highly motivated to take on challenges and achieve sales targets.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented in managing customer accounts and relationships.
