About the role

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Hawt Dotz Sdn Bhd. As an Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of various projects, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and create exceptional design solutions.

What you'll be doing

  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their design needs, preferences, and budget. Provide design solutions that align with their vision while ensuring practicality and functionality.
  • Design Concept Development: Create design concepts, mood boards, and layout plans for both residential and commercial spaces. Develop functional layouts that maximize space utilization while considering traffic flow, furniture placement, and lighting. Ensure the design is practical, comfortable, and efficient for the intended use.
  • Sales Management: Build relationships with clients to increase sales opportunities and close deals effectively, and manage project budgets, ensuring that clients’ design aspirations are met.
  • Project Management: Oversee design projects from initial concept to final installation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, offering design advice, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and team members to coordinate orders, deliveries, and installations. Monitor project deadlines and ensure that the design process stays on schedule
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and products to offer innovative solutions to clients and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, project progress, and client feedback to management. Contribute to sales targets and business growth strategies

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their unique design challenges and requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet their objectives.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with client expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest design trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
