Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to assist with the administrative tasks related to student recruitment and outreach. This role supports day-to-day operations, helps manage student data, and ensures smooth coordination of communication and recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and organizing recruitment materials and presentation content (e.g., slides, documents, social media content for TikTok/Zoom).
- Support in executing administrative aspects of marketing strategies and outreach plans.
- Handle communication with prospective students and families via email, phone, and online platforms.
- Help coordinate and schedule online sessions, webinars, and outreach events.
- Maintain and update student inquiry records, contact databases, and follow-up logs.
- Compile and organize basic outreach data and assist in generating weekly reports for internal tracking.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
