  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Purchase materials economically at the lowest cost consistent with quality and service required
  • Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies
  • Check price and do a comparison
  • Send Purchase Order to the suppliers
  • Following up with vendors on shipment and delivery , to confirm or change orders
  • Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis
  • Communication with planner, sales support, store for ordering
  • Track the status of any orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Deal with non supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
  • Ensure that any delivery order & update goods received. Attached the document & sent to accounts for payment
  • Passionate in supporting related departments to ease the workflow
  • File data and related information, maintain and update databases
  • Maintains files of documents used and prepared
  • Coordinate with other department to ensure the purchasing department flow running smooth
  • Perform any others duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma/Degree in Business studies/Administrative or relevant qualification
  • Fresh graduates or 1 year experience in in the related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office application (particularly Excel, Word)
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player with positive attitude, initiative in nature, and diligent in carrying out tasks
  • Proactive, dependable and able to work independently
