ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
1) Checking daily collections compiled by Admin Front Desk by end of the day or the following
morning.
2) Attend to owners' queries related to accounts matters e.g disputes
3) Generate bilings for SC, SF, QR, INS, Water, LPI, Insurance, etc
4) Perform change of ownerships (issue CN & DN) and ensure that source documents are in order.
5) Prepare auto debit listing and liaise with bankers relating to merchant matters.
6) Key in official receipts for auto debit transactions.
7) Bank in daily collections to the bank.
8) Responsible on debts recovery (call & email) and prepare weekly debtors action report 9)
Compile & key In buliding utility bils, supplier involces into Advelsoft system.
10) Liaise with committee for cheques signing, bank forms, FD placement letters etc.
11) Manage overall staff payroll.
12) Manage petty cash & reporting
13) Liaise with bankers, tax consultants & government relaied agencies
14) Coordinate with auditor for annual audit.
15) To train admin staff using Advelsoft.
16) To assist & perform other job function assign by Building Manager / BPBVA

TO THE BUDGET & ACT 757
- TO ASSIST AND PERFORM OTHER JOB FUNCTION THAT ASSIGN BY BPBVA/BUILDING
MANAGER & AT THE SAME TIME ENSURE OPERATION RUNNING IN ACCORDANCE TO
STRATA MANAGEMENT ACT 2013 (ACT 757) & REGULATION & MALAYSIA PROPERTY
MANAGEMENT STANDARD & LOCAL COUNCIL DIRECTIVE.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
