Accounts & Finance Manager – Shah Alam
(Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,000)

A Malaysian company established in 2006 and headquartered in Japan is seeking an Accounts & Finance Manager for its Shah Alam office. The company specializes in sales and after-sales services for vacuum technology equipment, with operations in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Role Summary:
Responsible for leading the Accounts & Finance Department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and supporting management with strategic financial advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations (AP/AR, payroll, GL, cash flow, budgeting).
  • Ensure timely monthly financial reporting and accurate tax/audit submissions.
  • Drive process improvements and compliance with accounting standards (incl. ISO 9001/14001).
  • Support regional finance activities and accounting outsourcing projects.
  • Lead business planning and financial forecasting.
  • Advise management on asset management, budgeting, and financial strategies.
  • Liaise with the Company Secretary for statutory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance and a professional accounting qualification.
  • Prior experience managing an accounting team and handling audits, tax, and BOD reporting.
  • Familiar with cost/project accounting and working with regional entities.
  • Strong MS Office and accounting software skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and attention to detail.

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: RM4,100 – RM6,100
  • Allowances: Transport RM1,100 + Fixed RM800
  • Attendance Allowance: RM50/month
  • OT claimable, EPF/SOCSO/EIS, Performance Bonus
  • Unlimited outpatient medical claim
  • Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
