We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Procurement Assistant to support our procurement team in sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of maintaining good relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
  • Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation for procurement transactions.
  • Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier agreements.
  • Compare and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, sales, production) to align purchasing activities with business needs.

Requirements

  • Education: Have Diploma/Degree

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Supplemental Pay:
