We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Procurement Assistant to support our procurement team in sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of maintaining good relationships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation for procurement transactions.
- Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier agreements.
- Compare and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, sales, production) to align purchasing activities with business needs.
Requirements
- Education: Have Diploma/Degree
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
