Responsibilities: -
- Source and compile information for project documentation and reporting;
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on project status, progress, and performance;
- Assist the project team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, and coordinating communication;
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track;
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information and updates;
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations;
- Support the Project Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes;
- Coordinate with the finance team to track project budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
Requirements: -
- Degree in Engineering/ Construction Management or related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project administration or a similar role;
- Experience working in Environmental, Safety and Health department will be added advantage;
- Knowledge of construction processes, documentation and regulations;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams);
- Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills;.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
