Telemarketing Executive (April Intake)
Position Summary : A Telemarketing Executive at SRG is responsible for making outbound calls to promote products or services, generating leads, and setting appointments or closing sales. The role typically involves meeting sales targets, maintaining customer databases, and delivering excellent communication to build strong customer relationships.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone by developing relationships with new and existing customers, and recommending solutions for service improvements.
- Asking the right questions to engage with customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers’ needs to generate sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Answering customers’ questions on the products.
Working Days :
- Monday – Friday (9am to 7PM)
-Weekend offday
Requirement
-Must have 1 years experience in sales
Salary Package :
- Basic RM2000-RM26000
- Attendace allow- RM200
- Commission up to RM2000
Location: Plaza sentral near by kl sentral
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
