Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in statutory compliance and payroll management, ensuring adherence to Malaysian labor laws and the accurate processing of payroll. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 2 to 4 years of experience to further develop their HR career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Administer and process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including allowances, overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Malaysia's employment laws, including the Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB. Assist in preparing statutory filings and reports, including monthly and yearly reports.
- Employee Benefits Administration: Manage and oversee employee benefits programs such as health insurance, EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax-related documents, ensuring timely and accurate submission of tax returns for employees.
- Payroll Audits: Conduct regular audits on payroll processes and statutory deductions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, including attendance records, leave records, and employee compensation summaries.
- Employee Queries: Address employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and statutory contributions in a professional and timely manner.
- HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR, focusing on payroll, statutory compliance, and employee benefits administration.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and tax regulations.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and payroll software (experience with specific payroll software is a plus).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
