  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Compile, scan and upload drawings as per procedures.
  • Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings are registered as per the procedure.
  • Ensure all technical documents/drawings are up to-date in the system.
  • Ensure all drawings are correctly identified, distributed and filed/stored.
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
  • To produce technical drawings with high accuracy and of construction standard.
  • Effectively maintain, upkeep record and filing of drawings and technical documents

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building Technology/Construction Management or its equivalent.
  • Age 25 - 35 years’ with minimum 2-5 years’ working experience preferably from a building and construction industry in a similar position, preferably in planning assignments.
  • Conversant in bilingual languages, namely English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standard and provide unlimited support for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the Company’s Quality, Environmental, Safety & Health Management System (QESHMS).
  • Must be dynamic, a team player, committed and result-oriented.
  • Must have the ability and personality to drive and motivate team to achieve common goals.
  • Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant working knowledge in Primavera or other project management software is advantageous.
  • Preferably to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office Applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
