Digital Marketing Manager

Job Descriptions :

• Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary digital marketing team, including digital, influencer, and creative specialists.
• Define project vision and direction in line with client objectives, brand identity, and target audience.
• Craft and execute strategic design approaches to support client business goals, strengthen brand visibility, and foster innovation.
• Manage the full project lifecycle—from concept development to final delivery—ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality outcomes.
• Strategically allocate resources such as budget, team members, and tools to support creative processes and achieve project goals.
• Enforce quality assurance measures to maintain consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform creative strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Interpret client and project requirements effectively while responding thoughtfully to feedback and revisions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, deliver constructive feedback, and support team members’ professional development and growth.

Key Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Min 5 - 8 years of experience in digital marketing/marketing operation
• At least 3-5 years in a leadership role such as a marketing manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills, and a track record of successfully generating growth and profitability
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential, as the role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM9,500.00 per month
