Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as team-building sessions, celebrations, and wellness programs.
- Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to understand and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Manage recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements.
- Collaborate on creating engaging internal communications for events and initiatives.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Coordinate in-house and external training sessions, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Maintain accurate training records and track completion rates.
- Gather and analyze feedback on training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
General HR Support
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and other HR functions as needed.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
