  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:

IT Executive will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company’s technology infrastructure, including systems, networks, hardware, and security. This role requires an individual with strong technical expertise in IT systems and hardware, alongside experience in IT security, database management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will also play a crucial role in supporting end-users, ensuring systems are secure and operational, and assisting with the development and maintenance of the company’s website and communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foundational knowledge in local networking and cybersecurity to monitor and protect firewall, antivirus and security protocol.
  • Promote and enforce it security policies, assisting users in understanding and adhering to best practices for maintaining a secure computing environment.
  • Responsible for overseeing and supporting company’s technology infrastructure and systems able to handle and ensure it related systems, network devices are functioning smoothly.
  • Able to handle the database management, project management along with and analytical skills, problem- solving, good communication and flexible.
  • Interact with end-users to assist in troubleshooting, identify root causes, and provide technical support on hardware / software and network issues when needed.
  • Able to handle the website development and control panel for emails Microsoft teams and Sharepoint, one drive, aws, outlook, zoom meetings, Microsoft teams and other business applications.
  • Able to handle and assist the hardware development /replace/upgrade the hardware including the data migration.
  • Able to handle the CCTV Equipment, Devices, Software to ensure all the cameras and monitoring up and running.
  • Assist with external it vendors, negotiate on execution and it infrastructure implementation.

Requirements:

  • Dip/Bachelor degree in related field information and technology / computer science / computer engineering / networking or equivalent certificate.
  • 2 until 5 years of experience in helpdesk support, with a strong working knowledge of computer hardware, networking support, and other it peripherals.
  • Able to work on 5.5days
  • Work base located at Mercu Maybank, I-City Sek7, Shah Alam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
