Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Communications & Brand Strategist to lead the development and execution of integrated communication strategies that amplify our company and game brand across local and international markets. This role is responsible for shaping our public image, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring our brand identity resonates consistently across all platforms — from media and social channels to stakeholder communications.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Identity
Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen and evolve the company and game's brand presence.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all public-facing content and platforms.

Media & Influencer Engagement
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and content creators.
Draft compelling press releases, media kits, and talking points for product launches, company updates, and major events.
Coordinate and support media interviews, podcast features, and public speaking opportunities for key company figures.

Reputation & Crisis Communication
Monitor traditional and digital media coverage to assess brand sentiment and public perception.
Proactively manage reputation issues and implement crisis communication strategies when necessary.
Provide timely communication responses and scenario-based messaging to protect brand integrity.

Digital Presence & Social Engagement
Oversee the company’s digital footprint, including official websites, blogs, and social media channels.
Design and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives and marketing beats.
Manage online community engagement and ensure responsive communication with followers and fans.

Event & Partnership Coordination
Plan and execute company-driven events, press briefings, game activations, and conference participation.
Represent the company at key industry events, networking functions, and community gatherings.
Identify and develop partnership opportunities with external brands, organizations, and cultural entities to expand brand reach.

Stakeholder & Executive Communication
Align all brand and communication strategies with the CEO’s office and company vision.
Craft strategic communication materials for investor relations, stakeholder engagement, and financial community updates.

Reporting & Performance Analysis
Define KPIs and evaluate the impact of branding and communication activities.
Produce regular reports for the Business Development Director and CEO on campaign performance, media exposure, and strategic recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Branding, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, media relations, or corporate communications, preferably within gaming, entertainment, or digital industries.
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms, influencer culture, and content marketing trends.
  • Basic graphic design skills or creative direction experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for creative communication.
