  • Supervise and lead the admin team across head office and branches.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration including inventory control, document filing, and correspondence.
  • Ensure proper issuance of invoices, receipts, and coordination with the accounts team.
  • Oversee stock entry, warranty record keeping, and logistics coordination.
  • Support the sales and technical teams with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  • Ensure timely processing of warranty claims and spare part orders.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative staff.
  • Implement and maintain effective office systems and procedures.
  • Monitor customer service performance and ensure admin team delivers excellent service.
  • Prepare reports and assist in policy and SOP improvements.
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work under pressure.
  • Experience in logistics or inventory systems is an advantage.
  • Background in agriculture or drone industry is a plus (but not required).
