- Supervise and lead the admin team across head office and branches.
- Manage day-to-day office administration including inventory control, document filing, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper issuance of invoices, receipts, and coordination with the accounts team.
- Oversee stock entry, warranty record keeping, and logistics coordination.
- Support the sales and technical teams with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Ensure timely processing of warranty claims and spare part orders.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative staff.
- Implement and maintain effective office systems and procedures.
- Monitor customer service performance and ensure admin team delivers excellent service.
- Prepare reports and assist in policy and SOP improvements.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work under pressure.
- Experience in logistics or inventory systems is an advantage.
- Background in agriculture or drone industry is a plus (but not required).
