Accounting Duties: Handle full set of accounts, including data entry, bookkeeping, and monthly financial reporting. Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts. Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with payroll processing and statutory submissions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax). Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required. Administrative Duties: Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and office records. Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep. Assist with HR-related tasks, such as leave records, attendance tracking, and staff claims. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Support other departments with clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
