  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks CNC PROGRAMMER SETTING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. • Set up CNC machine tools for high-precision parts. • Install and align tools in tool holders or turret stations with exact tolerances. • Create and modify CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis machining. • Select, install, and calibrate tool changers and magazine racks. • Use CAD/CAM software to generate and refine tool paths • Program multi-axis CNC machines for intricate parts and complex geometries. • Program advanced operations such as helical interpolation, threading, and tapping. • Use simulation software to preview CNC programs before running on machines. • Use G-code sub programming for modular, reusable programs. • Write and debug post-processor programs for different CNC machine controllers. • Implement continuous improvement practices into CNC programming processes. • Write CNC programs for specialized tools, such as rotary tables or multi-spindle heads. • Set up and program automatic tool changers to optimize machining cycles. • Program complex threads and custom tool paths for precision components. • Program drilling cycles, tapping cycles, and boring cycles based on part design. • Fine-tune feed rates, spindle speeds, and depth of cuts for each material type. • Select, install, and calibrate tool changers and magazine racks. • Load material and set stock size based on part specifications and machine limits. • Set work offsets, tool offsets, and fixture offsets. • Load and configure appropriate cutting tools, including drills, mills, inserts, and taps. • Set up rotary tables, fourth axes, or other machine attachments for multi-axis machining. • Set up probing systems for tool and part measurement. • Verify machine spindle orientation and clearance for part machining. • Perform initial checks for part geometry and dimensional accuracy before machining begins. • Install and configure CNC machine control systems Requirement: The required skills for the position CNC PROGRAMMER SETTING SPECIALIST are as follow: Min 5 years’ experience in CNC PROGRAMMER SETTING Expertise in using Advanced CAM Software Expertise in setting up CNC machines knowledge of CNC programming languages write, modify, and optimize CNC programs Understanding and applying GD&T following 5S and lean manufacturing principles. lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
