Job description About the role We are seeking a talented Jr Delivery Coordinator to join the dynamic team at Glimex Industries Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales process and ensuring seamless delivery of our products to customers. What you'll be doing Liaise with Self Collection Customers Liaise with Sales Personnel and delivery / store regarding delivery and collection Liaise with Production Personal the glass status for delivery /self-collection Responsible to ensure lorry to achieve Lorry's KPI. Responsible to ensure delivery items to customers are accurate and according to daily delivery plan. Responsible to ensure proper identification of the product and material at the store. Responsible to ensure that the raw materials and finished products are kept, stored and stacked in a safe condition. Responsible to ensure delivery section in good housekeeping habits and maintain discipline. Responsible to submit signed Delivery Order, Sales Order and Packing records sheet to Sales Coordinator daily. Responsible to maintain daily filling. Identifying and addressing any customer concerns or issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction What we're looking for Proven experience in a sales or customer service-oriented role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to priorities and manage competing deadlines Good problem-solving and decision-making skills Foster a positive and productive work environment.
