Process all invoices to the Enterprise Resources Planning system daily with documents verification. Follow up on dispute voices and ensure invoices are being investigated and closed in a timely manner. Ensure timely payments to accounts payables and perform monthly creditors reconciliation. Prepare and review monthly and year-end financial statements with accruals, reconciliations and schedules to support statutory and management reporting within the stipulated timeline. Identify and investigate financial discrepancies against budget and projection. Working closely with relevant departments/business units to resolve issues and be the key driver towards efficiency of operation. Assist in developing and implementing accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Assist in the automation of both handling and reporting of the accounts department. Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and assisting the business unit in strategic decision making. To carry out any duties assigned by the management from time to time.
