Position: Night Shift Contract Officer Industry: Banking Working Duration: 12 months contract (Contract renewal or converted to perm) Working Location: Jalan Sultan Ahmad, Georgetown, Penang Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00 pm to 6:00 am (Onsite) Salary: RM3,000 Key Responsibilities: • To retrieve Account Opening Form from Recall boxes • Perform filing, update inventories record, and validate the account status in Eclipse • To identify closed account for destruction and compile the records • To ensure adequate records, and timeliness of compilation closed account for destruction purpose. • Perform manual scan customer’s documents, signature form into Eclipse Signature and manual link the signature to the account • Batching of documents to relevant departments timely • Work with the team, under minimal supervision and ensure all deliverables and objectives are met • Not limited to the above, the candidate is required to support the team in adhering to all controls and regulatory Qualification: • At minimum candidate must be a Diploma holder and above • Has banking field related experience. • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office tools eg: Excel, Word • Strong execution skills in a multi-tasking mode and follow-up effectively If you are interested to apply, please forward your latest resume to [email protected] or Whatapps- +60182297505 Subject: Job Application - Night Shift Contract Officer
