Organize the surveillance of all the bathings  Organize with the landsport supervisor the surveillance of all the bathings proposed by the village according to the standards and the procedures of Club Med  Collaborate with the landsport supervisor in the schedule of the surveillances and in the distribution of the tasks with the other lifeguards  Organize the place of surveillance and the posting of the information Assure the surveillance and the safety if the swimming pool  Supervise watchfully and with attention  Intervene, if needed, in the direction of a person in distress  Carry the first aid kits Teach  For the holders of the right Diploma of sports educator of the swimming activity (or equivalent), give swimming lessons (in group or individually) and teach the aquafitness if these services are scheduled in the village Apply  Apply and make respect the standards of the Club in particular the orders of safety and hygiene of the bathings  Engage corrective actions if necessary  Apply the orders of the landsport supervisor or sport manager Manage  Manage the material of the activity and maintain it in perfect state  Watch to assure the quality and the quantity of equipments all season long  Make respect the patrimony of the swimming pool (places, infrastructure, material and equipment)  Be anxious to inform the landsport supervisor or the sport manager of the possible problems
