Storekeeper / Store Supervisor / Store Executive

Responsibility • Oversee storage, unloading, verification, and stock control of incoming raw materials and finished goods to meet production needs. • Update stock cards, maintain records, and prepare weekly and periodic stock reports for raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts. • Conduct monthly and yearly physical stock takes, resolving discrepancies for raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts. • Manage pipe storage, confirm quantities received, record incoming/outgoing pipes, and coordinate deliveries. • Ensure goods are properly stored, maintain stock levels of spare parts and production supplies, and issue items as requested. • Supervise store personnel, assign tasks, and coordinate workers for goods movement, packing, and handling. • Assist with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 audits and ensure compliance with IMS standards in the store department. • Liaise with sales, QC, and other departments to ensure smooth product delivery, resolve non-conformance issues, and improve overall work efficiency.
