Job Summary: The Sales Admin (Student Recruitment) is responsible for supporting the student recruitment team through administrative and coordination tasks. The role ensures the smooth operation of recruitment activities, maintains accurate student enquiry records, prepares documentation, and assists in follow-up with prospective students. Key Responsibilities: Handle and manage student enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Prepare and maintain records of prospective students, applications, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Assist in the preparation of offer letters, invoices, and registration forms. Coordinate with academic, finance, and admission teams to ensure smooth enrolment processes. Follow up with prospective students and parents to confirm registration and document submission. Generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports. Support the marketing team during open days, education fairs, and school visits. Ensure proper filing and documentation of all student recruitment records. Maintain updated marketing materials and assist in distributing them to prospective students. Provide excellent customer service and act as a liaison between the student and relevant departments. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field. At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, preferably in education or recruitment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
