Responsibilities : • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments via phone, email, and statements. • Post and allocate incoming payments to the correct accounts • Reconcile customer accounts or payment and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain accurate Account Receivable records and reports. • File and maintain financial documents (invoices, receipts, statements). • Assist with accounts payable (AP) and expense processing as needed. • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks such as vendor inquiries, document preparation, and team support. Requirements: • SPM/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or any related field. • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. • Proficiency in English and Bahasa. • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. • Willing to learn with good attitude. • Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or in a team.
