  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB POSITION: PRECISION MOULD GRINDING SPECIALIST LASER AUTOMATION ENGINEERING SDN BHD seeks a PRECISION MOULD GRINDING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name • Grind core and cavity blocks to micron-level precision. • Profile grind ejector sleeves, core pins, and slides. • Interpret CAD models and 3D step files to check grinding profiles. • Modify components during grinding to suit real mold fitting. • Use 3D contour grinding for freeform surface tooling. • Grind parting lines without inducing flash points. • Correct dimensional mismatch from EDM or heat treat distortions. • Read and interpret high-precision engineering drawings. • Program NC or CNC grinding machines. • Handle magnetic chucks, vacuum fixtures, and customized jigs. • Use form dressers or diamond rolls for profile shapes. • Apply GD&T to grinding processes. • Document deviations and suggest corrections for CNC or EDM stages. • Ensure uniform shrinkage compensation across all cavities. • Adjust spindle speeds, feeds, and grinding pressures. • Set and dress grinding wheels accurately. • Perform flat, cylindrical, and profile grinding. • Match electrode profiles with corresponding mold cavities. • Control polishing stock allowance in mirror-finish areas. • Grind angled features with sine plates or tilting vises. • Create precision vent grooves during cavity grinding. • Maintain flushness and step clearance in lifter regions. • Grind guide pins and bushings to eliminate binding. • Profile grind mold insert contour radii and fillets. • Prepare mold cores for mirror polishing by hand. • Match ground features across multi-cavity molds. • Grind interference fits (press-fit tolerances) for inserts. • Apply corner relief to prevent chipping in sharp corners.
