Job Description Identify, develop, and build partnerships with stakeholders, partners, agents, and local authorities to strengthen the Group ecosystem. Take charge of the full partnership cycle - from research, cold-calling, and partner consultations to, presentations, contract negotiations, and converting leads into formal partnerships to secure mutually benecial deals that generate revenue for the Group of Companies. Collaborate with partners across industries (funding, insurance, e-commerce, digital solutions, etc) to support and improve the livelihoods of our communities. Work closely with the technology team to integrate ecosystem links, ensuring an optimized user experience for partners and beneciaries. Collect, analyze and leverage data to inform strategic decisions, optimize partnerships, and improve the impact on beneciaries. Stay informed about industry trends and build networks to uncover new partnership opportunities in community development, ntech, and related sectors. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a relevant eld (Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline) with 1-2 years of experience in lead generation or partnership development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to eectively build and maintain a professional network. Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong time management skills to meet project deadlines. Strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset towards identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities. Motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven individual with a sense of responsibility and initiative. Must have access to personal transportation and a laptop for remote work capabilities. Prociency in Microsoft Oce Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with design tools for marketing collateral. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus and may enhance partnership outreach eorts
