- To manage and supervise the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and Blended Learning (BL) works of programme coordinators (PCO). - To prepare ODL documents to be submitted to MQA for ODL approval. - To manage and prepare ODL documents for audit purpose. - To facilitate communication and coordination between unit and schools. - To oversee the ODL and BL scheduling of classes and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. - To resolve conflicts or issues that arise within and across the unit. - To collaborate with schools to ensure curriculum alignment and smooth programme delivery. - To keep up with trends; staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in ODL and BL and incorporating innovative technologies and pedagogical approaches into the university's initiatives. - To prepare and conduct ODL programme induction to new students to promote self-directed learning/self-managed learning and familiarize themselves with all the learning support services of ODL. - To be responsible for providing administrative support to students enrolled in ODL and BL programmes. This could assisting with registration processes, handling student inquiries and concerns, and providing technical support if required. - To track students' progress and performance in ODL and BL blended learning programmes. - To generate reports and to analyze data related to student enrollment, completion rates and overall programme performance. - To manage all documentation related to ODL and BL initiatives, including workshop arrangements, seminars by advisors and meeting minute records and other administrative tasks. Requirement: - Candidate must possessed a degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Management with Education or any related fields. - Candidate must have working experiences at least 2 years or teaching Open and Distance Learning (ODL) program. - Learning Management System (LMS) expertise especially Open Learning platform. - COPPA proficiency. - Understanding MQA's and MOHE's requirements. - Computer literacy and language proficiency. - Good management skills. - Good communication skills. - Good problem solver. - Have passion in teaching, research and willing to go to the extra mile to provide quality education to students.
