Responsibilities: - Assists in the recruitment process, including job posting & sourcing, screening resumes and coordinate interviews - Coordinates new employee orientation and onboarding activities - Maintains and updates employee records, both physically and digitally - Ensure employees data, record keeping accuracy - Ensures compliance to HR policies and regulations - Supports in administering employee benefits programs, including medical, insurance, and other perks - Arranges travel and accommodation for employees if there is business travel / assignment request. - Assists in the planning and coordinating training & learning programme for employees - Assists in planning and coordinating company events, eg. CSR programme etc. - Ensures that HR processes and procedures are in compliance with company policies and regulations - other tasks as assigned from time to time Skills, Experience & Qualifications - Minimum SPM or equivalent or certificate in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent - Minimum 1 year's human resource and administration experience - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Possess basic understanding in human resource practices, legislations and employment laws - Possess integrity, attentiveness and adaptability - Knowledge in HR software and Microsoft Office
