  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position : Water Spider Supervisor Company overview : Aviation MRO Working Hours : 2 Shift Rotation. Monday to Friday ( 7AM to 4.30PM/ 7PM to 4.30AM) Working Location : Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Complex A, MAS Engineering, 47200 Subang, Selangor Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance) Remuneration : Salary range RM2,500 to RM3,000 with statutory contribution + insurance & leave entitlement Shift Allowance: RM175 Productivity Allowance: RM225 Expected start date: 1st June 2025 Job Summary: The Water Spider plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of tools, parts, and material to workstation or production lines in the aviation industry. This position supports technicians, engineers, and other team members by maintaining an uninterrupted flow of resources, reducing downtime and improving overall efficiency. Requirements: • High School SPM or Equivalent, additional training will be a plus • Experience in logistic, inventory management, or similar role in aviation or manufacturing industry. • Knowledge in LEAN id preferred. • Strong organization and time management skill • Ability to lift and move heavy material as required • Proficiency with inventory management system abd basic computer skill • Able to communicate, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Job Task • Supervise water spider team on Material Delivery: Transport tools, equipment, and parts to engine bay or workstations area as needed. • Workflow Coordination: Act as a liaison between support teams and production team to maintain efficient workflow and assist in coordinating the movement of equipment and tools across teams. • Safety Compliance: Ensure all material and tools are stored and handled in compliance with safety regulation and aviation standard. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunity for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
