General Job Scope: Responsible for daily clerical, administrative support and maintaining database by entering new and updating customer account and information. To ensure efficient recordkeeping and filing of documentation and also accurate data entering from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes. Any other task as instructed as and when needed by immediate superior from time to time. Reporting to: PHARMACIST – BT. CAVES WAREHOUSE Tasks and duties: - Performs administrative and office support activities which may include fielding telephone calls with customers, word processing, data entering, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. - Handling important administrative tasks, such as invoice processing, maintain, manages and update of customers’ database. - Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities. - Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies, resolving discrepancies by adhering to standard operation procedures or returning the incomplete documents to immediate superior for reconciliation. - Enter customer and account data by inputting alphabetical and numeric information or by scanning the documents - Maintain data entry requirements by following specified techniques and standard operation procedures. - Making sure all customers data are correctly key in by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data, combining data from both soft and hard copy documents. - Secures information by completing data base backups and maintain operation by following policies and procedures., amounts and records are correct. - Keeping and making sure that all customers information as confidential. - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, quick feedbacks, preparing reports and making recommendations to management. - Provide a point of contact for customers with queries such as invoices in a professional and timely manner. - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as being instructed by the management from time to time. This is a 12 month PROTEGE Training program contract position targeted for fresh degree graduates whom would love to gain working experience and knowledge.
