Duties & Responsibilities • Research and Develop State of the Art equipment by engaging with potential equipment supplier to help design advance equipment to promote technology improvement and efficiency for the future needs and prosperity of the company. • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across all departments • Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures. • Monitor performance and prepare reports for senior management, making recommendations for cost savings and equipment process improvements. • Liaise with other Departments Heads to ensure that all departments are working together efficiently to meet common goals. • Ensure that health and safety standards are met and that all staff are properly trained in health and safety procedures. • Manage and resolve conflict within the team, escalating issues to the General Manager as necessary. • Motivate and support staff, providing feedback and guidance as needed. • Identify training and development needs within the team and arrange for appropriate training to be provided. • Plan and oversee special events and projects as required • Perform any other duties as requested by the General Manger, Executive Management Team and Chairman of the Board.
