Responsibilities: - Support Maxim users in resolving order related issues, while handling their feedback and requests via live chat, outbound calls; - Conduct regular outdoor promo activities, affiliate marketing to spread the brand awareness and expand our reach in Georgetown; - Monitor the service rules violations; - Present users with an offer of new conditions and promotions via phone; - Daily assist riders with online registration process, mobile app functionality, car branding and other inquiries.
