  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our growing team at CMA Solutions Sdn Bhd. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient and reliable operation of our company's information technology infrastructure. This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain the company's server infrastructure, including Windows, Linux and cloud-based systems
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement proactive measures to ensure optimal uptime
  • Administer user accounts, permissions and access controls
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
  • Implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs and intrusion detection systems
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system upgrades, migrations and new deployments
  • Document and maintain up-to-date system configurations and processes

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT operations role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux and cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Proficient in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including switches, routers and firewalls
  • Experience with system monitoring, backup and disaster recovery tools and procedures
  • Familiarity with security best practices and the ability to implement and maintain security measures
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
