Job Descriptions:
Oversee and execute risk-based internal audits based on the approved audit plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Review audit procedures and methodologies to enhance effectiveness in identifying risks and control gaps.
Conduct and supervise inspections of outlets, including outstation visits, to ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Evaluate internal control systems, analyze root causes of audit findings, and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements.
Lead and review audit processes, including cash handling, inventory management, and compliance of SOPs.
Prepare, review, and present comprehensive audit reports to top management, highlighting key audit findings, risks, corrective and preventive action plans.
Provide guidance and support to audit team members, ensuring quality execution of audit assignments.
Lead and conduct audit-related investigations as directed by top management.
Perform high-level ad-hoc audits and special assignments upon management request.
Track and oversee the resolution of audit findings, ensuring timely corrective actions and continuous improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
Proven experience in leading a team and managing multiple tasks effectively.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in developing and maintaining company SOPs.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and reporting skills, with the ability to interact confidently with Heads of Departments and Top Management.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
