  • Our office is based in Damansara Perdana, Selangor. The companies practice hybrid work practices, however this role requires the candidate to work from office(s) on most days.
  • Salary ranges from RM3,500 to RM4,000

Key Objectives of Role

The Accounts Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the financial processes within our organization. Working closely with the Finance team, you'll handle key tasks, maintain accuracy, and uphold financial regulations.

  1. Data Entry: Accurately entering financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
  2. Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, verifying purchase orders, and issuing payments to vendors.
  3. Accounts Receivable: Sending invoices, collecting payments from customers, and following up on overdue accounts.
  4. Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with accounting records to ensure accuracy.
  5. Financial Reporting: Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  6. Tax Preparation: Assist with basic tax preparation tasks, such as gathering documentation and preparing reports.
  7. Budgeting and Forecasting: Participating in the budgeting process and preparing forecasts.
  8. General Administrative Tasks
  9. Maintaining Financial Records: Maintaining accurate and organized financial records, including filing invoices, receipts, and other supporting documentation.
  10. Other Duties: As assigned by the Finance and Accounts Manager.
