- Our office is based in Damansara Perdana, Selangor. The companies practice hybrid work practices, however this role requires the candidate to work from office(s) on most days.
- Salary ranges from RM3,500 to RM4,000
Key Objectives of Role
The Accounts Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the financial processes within our organization. Working closely with the Finance team, you'll handle key tasks, maintain accuracy, and uphold financial regulations.
- Data Entry: Accurately entering financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, verifying purchase orders, and issuing payments to vendors.
- Accounts Receivable: Sending invoices, collecting payments from customers, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with accounting records to ensure accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Tax Preparation: Assist with basic tax preparation tasks, such as gathering documentation and preparing reports.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Participating in the budgeting process and preparing forecasts.
- General Administrative Tasks
- Maintaining Financial Records: Maintaining accurate and organized financial records, including filing invoices, receipts, and other supporting documentation.
- Other Duties: As assigned by the Finance and Accounts Manager.
