  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you'll be doing?

  • Cost optimization: Conduct cost reduction analyses, breakdown costs, and analyze market trends to identify savings opportunities.
  • Quality assurance: Manage sample submissions from suppliers, oversee ORT testing, and approve artwork to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Performance management: Evaluate work efficiency and self-performance, continuously striving for improvement.
  • Supplier relations: Conduct quarterly supplier performance reviews to maintain and enhance supplier quality.
  • Risk mitigation: Propose preventive actions using local common raw materials to minimize supply chain risks.
  • Strategic input: Provide suggestions to the director for new factory construction, decoration, and renovation to create a comfortable and harmonious working environment.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with other departments to achieve departmental goals and overall company objectives.

Who are they looking for?

  • Educational background: A minimum of a degree in engineering or supply chain management.
  • Relevant experience: At least 3 years of related working experience, with an advantage given to those with backgrounds in plastic, metal, or electrical engineering.
  • Technical skills: Ability to analyze bills of material and drawings, with computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English and Bahasa, with Mandarin as an added advantage.
  • Personal qualities: Proactive, positive attitude with excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work long hours when required.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving: Creative and innovative approach to identifying cost reduction opportunities and process improvements.
